Clear Intention

It’s not just intention that counts, it’s CLEAR intention. There is a huge difference and a very important one to me. It’s the subtle casualty of intention and how that subtlety can be what ends up pulling the rug out from under your feet. “I intend to get a new job, I intend to move, I intend to get married to the man of my dreams.”  All this wonderful intention, right?!?!?!

Wrong. At least from my perspective.

What’s missing so much of the time is the clarity part of the intention. And lordy, lordy, please don’t go to the “how to” stuff here. That is not what I mean. It’s the details babe, the glorious, and delicious details of what is being intended.

I am confident that this audience has its share of smart people and we smarties can get stuck in the “how to”, because it has worked so well for us here in the lovely Earth walk thing we are doing. And I digress. So, please understand you do not have to know how to get your Point B. It really is none of your concern. Your concern is with clear intention.  The “how to” part belongs to the superconcious.

This is where I (and you) can tap into the good stuff. Our creativity lives in the subconscious realm. I feel like that’s where all the clarity comes from in the form of those details I mentioned. So, if you want something to do, how about tap into your creativity? How about letting your thoughts take a joy ride?

This means getting specific, even writing down the specific details of what you desire.  Exactly how much money do you want to attract and in exactly how much time?  Not what you “think” you can create, yet what you truly want. No time should be wasted on “what I think is possible” stuff. This is about dreaming about what is desired specifically.

Write down a list or a paragraph or more of what your Point B looks like; what kind of car are you driving, how do you look, what types of charities are you participating in, how many people are you managing or hiring, what does your bank statement look like? Add all the little details that are important to you. Nobody else has to get it.

This is how to prevent from having your rug pulled out from under you. By discovering and honing in on all of the specifics, you are setting yourself up for a win.

The other thing I do, and advise my clients, to do is visioning. This may take more practice and that’s just fine. This is the Screen Of The Mind exercise done in the Basic Seminar. The more the technique is done, the easier it is to do. All the tools are right there for you to gain access to the clarity part of the intention that is critical in manifesting your perfect end result. Available to you are your black and brightly lit white screens, your workshop, your assistants, and all of their creativity and ideas.

Use these tools. Get clear. Have the results you actually want.

Clear intention works.

Much love….

Inventing Success!

I’m very grateful to have taken PSI Seminar’ classes, starting with the Basic Seminar, back in 2005. At that time I was working full time as a hairstylist. I didn’t know that after taking the class I would end up later becoming an inventor and following my dreams. Just after one week of taking the Basic, I was so inspired, I came up with a great idea for an invention! It wasn’t until I took PLD (Pacesetters Leadership Dynamics) that I committed to my goal of patenting my invention.

From then on, things started to roll and in just two years I launched my product on Home Shopping Network, and it sold out. This is a dream come true! Yet I never would have thought I would one day be an inventor and living the life of my dreams. Through PSI Seminars, I learned that it was possible. I love that my product is selling online and I make money while I sleep. I can surf all day if I want to!

The best tool PSI has to offer is that when you take the class you are able to come back and refresh or volunteer during the class again for free. I did that many times over the 8 years. Whenever I had a big challenge and needed to shift out of fear, I knew i could use the tools and techniques taught in PSI Basic to empower me and I would be unstoppable. Now I’m on my fourth invention! And I even became a best-selling author.

It’s been 8 years since I’ve been on my personal growth journey and my life keeps getting better each year because I continue to grow. Not only do I apply the tools and this way of thinking in my business, but I’m applying it to my relationships, and my life is fulfilling and balanced! My next step is becoming an inspirational speaker. I got the opportunity to speak at Principia this year and it has opened all kinds of opportunities. My life is on fire once again just like the time I created success on HSN. Now my products are selling worldwide, and my products are making a difference world by empowering women to cut their own hair and their children’s hair. There are families out there that can’t afford to go to the salon to have their hair cut, so it feels good to know that I can help.

Now with my new passion as a speaker I love that I can share my success story inspire others to follow their dreams. All I have to say is keep growing. I know this is the reason I’m living the life of my dreams!

Courage to Grow

Inspiration, Clarity, Declaration, Faith, Action, and COURAGE TO GROW by Manifesting.

I say it all the time to my clients and it’s a very good thing too, because I remind myself of all this good stuff: thoughts are things, and you create your experience. It’s this thing called manifesting. I know it’s a kinda’ “woo woo” out there phrase, and yet “manifesting” is the word that describes so much of what Thomas Wilhite taught me.

For me, the courage to declare what I want and step into faith is when I manifest.  So, I have a little story that I hope you enjoy and perhaps  can use to gain some insight.

The context here, besides the obvious PSI, in all of its glory is me being aware of what works for me: being with a good man who loves and adores me, and getting out of my house. The other part is understanding that I know that I hold the context for my clients and because of that, I push myself…a lot. After all, how can I ask them to do what I would not be willing to do myself?!

Prior to a call with one of my clients, I declared out loud that I was going to manifest a new client within a week. I did this because I knew that she was wanting to do the same for herself. I didn’t have anyone in mind and declared to have a new client anyway. Uncomfortable growth. Intention/Mechanism from the Basic Seminar. Read more

…With a Little Help from My Friends

Nearly ten years ago, my life changed over lunch. My friend, Atim, and I lived on opposite sides of the country, and every couple months I would fly to Los Angeles to see her, or she would fly to New York to see me. After several visits, we got the idea to meet in the middle and scheduled a trip to New Orleans.

It was over lunch at the French Quarter’s famous Arnaud’s that I noticed something was different about Atim. She had left her boring yet reliable accounting job and was pursuing a career in photography; she upgraded her wheels from an old Volvo that broke down every other week to a brand new Honda SUV; and most strikingly, she declared that was no longer looking for a boyfriend. No, she was attracting her husband.

I was excited for her! She had a vibrancy I had never witnessed and a clarity about what she wanted that I envied. After being regaled with the tales of how her life was rapidly achieving new levels of fabulous, I had to ask: what changed? Read more

Getting Lost

In the summer of 2009 I realized that LOST was filmed in Hawaii. I was living there because my post-Basic Seminar life had taken a huge turn down Your Plans Mean Nothing Avenue. Not to say that my intention wasn’t playing out, just that it rarely looked how I thought it would.

There was one moment that did look almost exactly as I imagined it.

A job performing live infomercials had brought me to Hawaii where I was living in the center of Waikiki in a corporate condo. Work was down at Ala Moana Sears, and most days I would walk the Ala Wai canal along the boundary of Waikiki.

When I’d walk down the Ala Wai canal I usually looked for jellyfish. They would come by in giant schools. They are pretty magnificent. When I didn’t see them I would think of my favorite TV show, LOST. As I mentioned, I had just discovered that LOST was filmed there. I would walk along, taking PSI Seminars’ Screen of the Mind one step further. I actually would play LOST like I used to play He-Man or Star Wars. I was “on the set” and the coolest part about it was that I could be hip to it being real. Read more
