We all know what it’s like to be stressed. Whether it’s your job, your relationships, your family, or simply the strain of making it through the daily grind, it’s not unusual to feel as though there are too many pressures and demands weighing you down. Stress can cause you to loose sleep, ignore your health, or become uncharacteristically short or argumentative with your coworkers, spouse or kids. Simply put, stress prevents you from enjoying life. One thing is for sure, however, and that is that you are not alone. Adults, teenagers, and even kids experience stress at times.
